The StrongHold Series X Target stands out for its ability to effectively stop bolts and arrows from the most powerful crossbows and bows. Its innovative stopping mechanism allows easy removal of projectiles, limiting their penetration to approximately one quarter of their length, even at high shooting speeds. This feature ensures effortless use, even with today's high-performance crossbows.
The targets in StrongHold's Series X are designed to withstand intensive use, with an announced durability of 100,000 shots. This robustness is due to the integration of millions of polyester fibres, reinforced by foam plates strategically positioned on the top, back and sides. The front face, meanwhile, is made from natural fibres, offering increased resistance and durability.
The front face also incorporates a polyethylene mesh, held in place by sewn velcro, making it easy to change target faces without requiring nails. This design allows quick and effortless replacement of target faces, simply by placing them behind the net. The outer cover, made from robust nylon fabric, features a RealTree Camo pattern, adding an aesthetic and functional touch.
The latest version of the Series X improves target visibility thanks to increased contrast between black prints and the red-orange background. This visual improvement makes targeting easier, even at distance. Despite their robustness, these targets remain lightweight and compact, weighing less than other comparable models. A sturdy shoulder strap makes them easy to carry, allowing shooting distances to be varied without constraint.
