Steambow PD-5 AR Crossbow

Steambow PD-5 Repeating Crossbow: Tactical Excellence in a Compact Format

The Steambow PD-5 is not just a regular crossbow. It is a high-end precision weapon, designed to meet the demands of the most experienced shooters, whether they are sport shooting enthusiasts or security professionals. With a featherweight of under 2 kg, a reduced footprint, and formidable shooting effectiveness up to 50 meters, it combines maneuverability, power, and technology like no other in its category.

While many entry-level crossbows settle for limited performance, the PD-5 offers a very high-level design and materials identical to those used in the aeronautical and military industries: machined 7075 aluminum, reinforced stainless steel, glass fiber-reinforced nylon polymer up to 40%. Every component is designed to last, withstand the worst conditions, and guarantee absolute reliability.

Why does this crossbow cost more than the others?

The price of the PD-5 reflects exceptional build quality, unique repeating technology, and a set of features designed for demanding users:

• Ultra-robust rapid re-cocking mechanism: inspired by the world of firearms, it allows for rapid follow-up shots even at high power.
• Full-length adjustable Picatinny rail: compatible with all modern optics, red dot sights, or tactical scopes.
• Total modularity: ability to swap limbs (PRO, Protector…) to adapt the power to the need of the moment.
• Folding stock: for discreet storage in a bag, a car, or a secure safe.
• Integrated 5-arrow magazine: enables an unmatched rate of fire, with the possibility of rapid reloading using compatible magazines.

The PD-5 is much more than a crossbow: it is a complete compact repeating weapon system suited to both high-end leisure shooting and tactical or defensive scenarios.

Two versions for different needs

Please note: the Professional version, being more powerful, requires good physical condition and is not recommended for beginners.
