Designed for crossbows from the Canadian brand, this Guardian scope rail integrates the Anti-Dry-Fire device directly into its mount — an active safety mechanism that holds the string in place if the trigger is pulled without an arrow loaded. This mechanism protects the limbs and the entire structure from a dry fire, one of the most damaging accidents that can happen to a crossbow.
The Guardian also features a de-cocking mechanism that does not require firing: the crossbow can be safely uncocked in seconds without having to shoot an arrow. This rail comes as standard on part of the Excalibur Matrix range and can be installed as an upgrade on all existing Excalibur models. Installation takes just a few minutes with no complex tools required.
