Compact and sturdy, this ManKung 80 lbs pistol crossbow is built with an aluminum barrel and a metal handle, paired with fiberglass limbs. This combination provides great strength for such a small frame while keeping weight down to 665 grams. With its 80 lbs draw weight, it shoots bolts at 48.6 m/s (approx. 160 fps / 175 km/h) with an effective range of up to 20 meters — making it a solid choice for recreational shooting.
Cocking is done by drawing the cocking hooks back until the string engages into the trigger mechanism. Before every shot, you must push the metal cocking lever back forward: if omitted, the string will strike the lever and damage the bow. The safety disengages via thumb switch, and the 16.5 cm aluminum bolts must be loaded with vanes flat on the flight track. Using a stringer tool is strongly recommended to simplify string installation and removal.
The included sight is a standard iron rear notch, but the integrated 11 mm rail allows mounting a red dot for increased precision on this pistol crossbow. The crossbow comes with three bolts; additional arrows suited for this model are available separately. Avoid shooting into overly thin targets that could be pierced straight through.
